MSE always runs in 32 bit mode so doesn't show x64 processes

description

I found this problem and tracked it down to the version of ILMerge that was used on version 1.0. I recompiled using the latest ILMerge and it resolved the problem. It would be great if we could get an official fixed release out.

Here are the details on the ILMerge fix.

http://research.microsoft.com/~mbarnett/ILMerge.aspx

2.0.7.228
1.1.7.228 28 February 2007 Fixes problem where merged assemblies ran as a 32-bit process even on a 64-bit machine.
ILMerge is now a strongly-named assembly.
Fixes a problem with adjusting the accessibility of a type when a subtype has a more restricted accessibility.
Makes sure there are no duplicate assembly names in the list of input assemblies.
Various generics fixes.
On an error, the stack trace is now written to the log.
